The leaders formed in Pathway 1 and activated in Pathway 2 fuel what gets built here.
You'll begin with an organizational assessment to evaluate alignment, capacity, and partnership readiness. From there, Builder Gatherings and shared initiatives bring organizations together around common mission. We create space for leaders to align resources, co-design projects, and build systems that produce generational impact.
You'll connect with other organizational leaders who are committed to moving beyond silos. Together, we tackle shared challenges, pool strengths, and build infrastructure that outlasts any single personality or program.
